Project Overview

Magheralin Parish Church was built in medieval times. The church is dedicated to the Holy and undivided Trinity. It is built of basalt with sandstone facings.

Description of works

We carried out various types of stonemasonry to this church.

Works completed included;

  • Cutting out and repointing of sections of walling in natural limes.
  • Deep filling of areas of walling where voids were found
  • Replacement of a number of sandstone elements in the walling on the tower section of the church. This included new mullion sections and jamb stone sections
