Durham Street, Belfast is the site of the former Central Tuberculosis Institute Site. This Building is B1 listed in the heart of the City of Belfast.

Description of works

Clarke Restoration carried out a number of cleaning and restoration works to this iconic building including the stone, lintels, cills and cornicing.

Works completed included;

Mouldings & brick works sympathetically restored or replaced
Lime repointing
Extensive DOFF cleaning
